Terms & Conditions

1.1 For eligible Students who activate and complete the Final Grade A*/A Guarantee Programme for a subject, Final Grade guarantees that the Student will obtain a grade deemed by the relevant Examination Body to be an A* or A in the official A-Level qualification for which the Programme prepared them, or Final Grade will refund the eligible Final Grade Premium subscription payments in accordance with clause 1.13.

1.2 The A*/A Guarantee is an additional contractual benefit and does not affect any statutory rights available to the Student, their Parent or the person who paid for the subscription.

1.2.1 Final Grade intends the Guarantee to reward Students who genuinely follow the Programme. Minor or accidental departures from the requirements will not automatically prevent a refund where the Student has substantially completed the Programme in good faith.
